Pilates is a full body workout designed to strengthen your body while you balance out your weaknesses.

It was designed to bring you back into your natural alignment and strength. Pilates can helpful with muscle imbalances, back pain, pre and post surgery, strength training, sports enhancement and overall wellness.

At Atomic Pilates and Sports Fitness we take a different approach to Pilates and training.

​We don't guess, we assess! What this means is, you won't have sessions filled with an instructor looking at you and "thinking" something looks off. We are fully equipped with many different screening protocols, including the functional movement screen, gait assessment, running assessments, and postural assessments. We then use these to design your program. We will re-assess every 6-8 weeks to keep you on track so you can see your improvement!
