Golf Fitness Specialist
Nika Eshetu is a golf fitness specialist whose practice and teachings apply the principles of Pilates to all areas of fitness and health. Nika knows first hand the benefits of fitness and specifically Pilates. After receiving a kidney transplant, Nika discovered Pilates, a fitness practice which transformed her body, gave her renewed energy, and helped her reach her fitness goals that once seemed unattainable. Inspired to help others become empowered through fitness and reach their fitness goals, Nika set out to become a Pilates instructor. Always searching for the latest information and educational tools, Nika became a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Instructor as well as a Master Instructor for the Evidence Based Fitness Academy (EBFA). Additional certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Level 3 Professional, K-Vest Certified, as well as Functional Movement Taping (FMT) 1 and 2.
Nika's specialized Golf Fitness Program uses TPI’s assessment screen and K-Vest’s 3D biofeedback and analysis. The Golf Fitness Program is for players of all levels who want to be more competitive, improve their body’s movement patterns (which helps their swing), and prevent injury so they can play longer.
Nika spreads her fitness expertise beyond SoCal and leads fitness retreats yearly.
