Nika was introduced to Pilates when she began going to physical therapy for chronic back and shoulder pain due to a shoulder impingement. In doing Pilates, she not only began to feel a decrease in pain and discomfort, but immediately began to feel stronger and more connected to her body. Recognizing the many benefits of Pilates, she began her certification process. Nika attributes Pilates for maintaining her strength after being on dialysis and having a kidney transplant.

Nika utilizes her Pilates training and Golf Fitness training to develop personalized plans for all of her clients and give them training tailored to their personal fitness needs.
