We offer a variety of mat classes for all levels.
If you are new to Pilates, we suggest you start with our Beginner mat class. A strong foundation is an important part of the workout.
Mat classes are limited to 7-10 people depending on the class.
We offer a variety of Reformer, Chair, Springboard and Jumpboard classes.
Instructor Approval is required for all advanced classes.
We offer Private and Semi-Private sessions throughout the day, 5 days a week.
If you have injuries or a specific health issue, we suggest beginning with private sessions so that we may assess your needs and help tailor an appropriate Pilates program.

Beginning Mat - Designed for beginners, but even those with extensive experience can get a great workout here. Focus is on form and breathing, with some brief rest periods.
Cardio Mat - Pilates plus a whole lot more! Always core centered, but with more emphasis on raising the heart rate and reaching the point of muscle fatigue. May be done in interval style, depending on the instructor.
Pilates Arc - This is a mat class that uses a small apparatus and allows for a more challenging workout. Class size is limited to five people.
Reformer Classes- We have a variety of Reformer classes or all levels. Beginning Reformer is open to all clients and instructor approval is required for all advanced classes.
Reformer Plus- This class uses the Reformr PLUS either the Springboard, Chair, Arc, or mat variety. The combination of equipment will keep your body moving and never bored!
Jumpboard- Want a cardio workout with your Pilates? Come check out Jumpboard! Get strength and raise your heartrate all in the same hour. This class is an advanced class and requires instructor approval.
